Genmaicha (brown rice tea), also called brown rice green tea, is the Japanese name for green tea combined with roasted brown rice. It is sometimes referred to colloquially as "popcorn tea" because a few grains of the rice pop during the roasting process and resemble popcorn.
1. Place tealeaves (8g) into the teapot.
2. Pour the hot water (130ml) into the teapot. Water temp. 90 degrees C.
3. Wait for about 1min.
4. Serve equally into each tea cup until the final drop is poured.
