ON: HOJI Roasted green tea. Combines the taste of refreshing Gyokuro and Sencha, attractive mellow taste. The finest taste is achieved when brewed in hot water, adding tea astringency. The brewing process is not as complicated as in the case of Gyokuro, but the extraction time (1 min) to be complied.
1. Cool down by pouring boiled water (150ml) into tea cups to cool water temperature down.
2. Place the tealeaves (8g) into the tea pot.
3 .Pour the cooled down water into the tea pot. Water temp. 80 degrees C.
4. Wait for about 1 minute.
