Here is a wonderful way to jump into the world of matcha!
SERVING METHOD:
1. Put Matcha in tea bowl.
“Usucha”: 2 bamboo teaspoons: approx. 2g
“Koicha”: 4 bamboo teaspoons: approx. 4g
2. Pour hot water (70ml / 2.4oz) into tea bowl. Water temp. 90 degrees C / 194 degrees F.
3. Hold a tea whisk with index finger, middle finger, and thumb, and stir Matcha on the bottom of the bowl with it. Whisk moving the tea whisk back and forth till bubble forms. Slow whisking a little to break up the larger bubbles on the surface and produce a nice, tight crema.
